Our comprehensive approach ensured a cohesive and engaging experience for all visitors.Exchange at Boulevard One is a dynamic mixed-use development in the Lowry neighborhood of Denver. Partnering with Confluent Development, Lowry Redevelopment Authority and Open Studio Architects, we created the brand identity realized throughout the environmental and digital space.

We began with extensive market research to understand the unique needs and preferences of the target audience. This foundation allowed us to create a compelling and distinct brand identity for Exchange, capturing its essence and setting it apart from competitors. Our wayfinding masterplanning ensured that visitors could easily navigate the development. This included a comprehensive sign plan featuring ground signs, directional wayfinding, and YAH (You Are Here) maps. Our holistic approach to brand identity and signage for the Exchange mixed-use development not only enhanced its visual appeal but also ensured a practical and user-friendly environment. The result is a well-branded, easily navigable, and welcoming space that resonates with all who visit.
